2. Service Overview
This service allows customers to pre-order lunch items for collection at The White Hart on the same day or future dates. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
3. Ordering
- Orders can be placed online via our website: https://whitehart-nettleham.co.uk.
- Cut-off times for same-day collection will be displayed on the ordering page.
- You must ensure that all details provided (e.g. date, time, items, contact info) are accurate.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, unavailable items, or suspected misuse.
4. Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of collection.

during the selected collection time. - Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) when collecting.
- If you fail to collect your order at the agreed time, we are not obliged to refund or remake the order.
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- We accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances when ordering.
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled collection time for a full refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after this period or for missed collections.

8. Changes to Orders
- To request changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order is placed, especially on the day of collection.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
- Late collection by the customer;
- Incorrect order details provided by the customer;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
